Instead, please call us for an eMembership. You will be able to access our online resources and eCollections right away.
Join over the phone
You'll need two things:
- a valid email address
- an Auckland physical address.
If you don't have an email or physical address, please visit a library to join.
Pick up your library card
For full library membership, bring your photo ID to any of our libraries to pick up your free library card. Go to list of library locations
A library card lets you borrow items from our physical collections, like books, magazines, DVDs, CDs, sheet music and more. Find out more about membership
